Why do people like video games?
I never understood it. I hate them and I hate the fact that people waste there lives playing them. Is there something to it that makes people like them sop much. And now you have to stupid wii incorporating fitness with the two. You want fitness go for a run, do some exercises.

im playing guitar hero modern hits on tour on my DS and im doing fan requests but i cant pass one song cuz the fan is asking to hit 10 whammy notes...wat the heck r wammy notes? i always fail because of that...can anyone help? plz? ive been stuck on it for days lol

What accessory(ies) do I need in order to play video games on my computer monitor?
I have a 17" Lenovo computer monitor, and several game consoles Gamecube, PS2, N64 , but no way to play my video games using the monitor. All the monitor has is VGA output it does not have S Video output, and certainly no HDMI or DVI hey, I got it for a bargain used .After doing a little bit of research online, I quickly realized that I'm not up to speed on the latest terminology or technology. I have found some products which can or are made specifically to allow one to hook up a video game console to a computer monitor, but the reviews of the products all stated that the picture quality was less than adequate. These products also seem to be rather pricey.I don't intend to watch TV with the monitor.If anyone could suggest a product based on the info above, that has reasonably good quality at a reasonably good price, I would greatly appreciate it. If that product is available at a store such as Target or Best Buy, that would be even better.Thanks in advance

I grew up playing video games since the Atari. I started to really get into FPS, RTS, and Online RPGs.After I played some of the best games in these genres I wanted better games and they never came. It has been at least 5 years so far.For example, Tribes 2 has an insane amount of content that only now other FPS games are getting but it's much more limited and in some cases now they want you to manually unlock all the content which is stupid.There were also games like Phantasy Star Online which blew me away on console.And Total Annihilation. Has any RTS ever offered so much stuff???Other games like Tiberian Sun also set a certain mood and attention to detail although the graphics sucked that I have never seen after really.All games seem to be casualized now and suck. Or is it just me?
